Placing an Order 

You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed. If you do not receive an order confirmation email and have checked your junk/spam folder, be sure to contact us to verify that your order was received. 
While we try to ensure that all items for sale are available to be shipped, certain circumstances may sometimes prevent an item from being available. We will make every best effort to ensure the product you have ordered is available, however, we cannot guarantee it. 
Payment Information
Payments are only charged at the time of shipping. All fees and applicable shipping charges are clearly shown to you during the checkout process.  We accept all major credit/debit cards and Paypal

Refused/Undeliverable Orders 
If an order is returned to Posh Pip as refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any and all incurred shipping costs including the original, return, and redelivery fees when applicable. 
Damaged/Defective Products 
Please email us as soon as possible after receiving your order if any product is defective or damaged upon receipt. In the case of a defective or damaged product, we will gladly repair or replace it at our discretion and at no additional cost to you. 
You may return your new, unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
Returns must be received in their new, unused condition, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached. Washed and/or used products cannot be returned, no exceptions. Returns are fully inspected to verify our terms and conditions have been met. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our terms and conditions.

Step 2: Keep your shipping records as proof of delivery. We recommend insuring your package and using a method that can be tracked. We cannot be responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit
